die Corona-Pandemie stellt uns alle vor nie da gewesene Herausforderungen. In vielen Bereichen passen unsere bisherigen Verfahren und Konzepte in Bezug auf Stornierungen daher nicht mehr.
Wir haben lange überlegt wie wir in dieser neuen Situation mit Stornierungen umgehen. Seit dem Frühjahr haben wir allen Stornierungswünschen unserer Gäste ausnahmslos entsprochen und den vollen Reisepreis erstattet. Teilweise wie zu Beginn der Erklärung Tirols als Risikogebiet am Vorabend der Anreise.
Für die kommende Wintersaison möchten wir eine Regelung finden, die sowohl die gesundheitlichen Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste befriedigt als auch uns eine gewisse Planbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit des Beherbergungsbetriebs ermöglicht.
Wir haben uns daher zu folgender Regelung entschlossen:
- Gäste, die aufgrund von Einreise- oder Ausreisebeschränkungen nicht anreisen dürfen, können jederzeit kostenfrei stornieren.
- Für Buchungen, die nach Erklärung eines erhöhten Risikos für Reutte, Tirol oder Österreich getätigt werden, gelten die allgemeinen Stornierungsbedingungen.
- Gäste, die zu einem Zeitpunkt gebucht haben, zu dem Reutte, Tirol und Österreich kein Risikogebiet waren, erhalten eine zusätzliche Stornierungsmöglichkeit ihrer Reise innerhalb der ersten 14 Tage nach Erklärung von Reutte, Tirol oder Österreich zum Risikogebiet. Danach gelten wiederum die allgemeinen Stornierungsbedingungen.
Wir hoffen, dass wir hiermit eine für alle Beteiligten faire und tragbare Lösung anbieten.

Cancelling conditions in Coronatimes
Dear Guests,
Corona pandemic presents us all with unprecedented challenges. In many areas, our previous procedures and concepts regarding cancellations are therefore no longer appropriate.
We have thought long and hard about how to deal with cancellations in this new situation. Since spring we have complied with all cancellation requests from our guests without exception and refunded the full price of the trip. Partially as at the beginning of the declaration of Tyrol as a risk area on the eve of the journey.
For the coming winter season we would like to find an arrangement that both satisfies the health needs of our guests and allows us a certain degree of planning and profitability of the accommodation business.
Therefore we have decided to make the following arrangement:
- Guests who are not allowed to arrive due to entry or exit restrictions may cancel at any time free of charge.
- For bookings made after declaration of an increased risk for Reutte, Tyrol or Austria, the general cancellation conditions apply.
- Guests who have booked at a time when Reutte, Tirol and Austria were not a risk area will be given an additional cancellation option for their trip within the first 14 days after Reutte, Tirol or Austria has declared the risk area. After that the general cancellation conditions apply again.
We hope that we can offer a fair and acceptable solution for all parties.
